I was going through the new listings from today and noticed some interesting word choices in the remarks. I know, nobody is perfect, and I have made some spelling and grammatical errors in my time, but these stood out to me, and I thought I would share:
This unique property will never be confused with a oookie cutter home! (do you think the agent meant cookie cutter?)
Drop Zone & Large Walk-in Pantry. (Drop Zone? Sounds like a place you parachute into or drop a bomb. I certainly don’t want that in my kitchen)
Mention must be given the 1st floor master suite. (I think it just was)
…lazy Suzanne lower cabinet (most of the Suzannes I have met have been hard-working types)
Central Air Condition (I just checked in to see what condition my condition was in)
3 car side entry garage-granite throughout (sounds fancy!)
For those Tech-minded Buyers, a CAT 6 Home Wired Network! (take that, house with lowly CAT 5! I bet you feel pretty inadequate now.)
