About Rob
Rob has been part of the real estate community in the Ann Arbor area since 2002. He has managed the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) of the Ann Arbor Area Board of REALTORS®, bringing tools and technology to local brokers and agents. He has also been a small business consultant serving many area REALTORS®. Whether he has been educating agents and brokers or small business owners in technology, marketing or management of their business or pursuing his own endeavors, his primary goal has been to exceed his customers’ expectations by carefully assessing their needs and anticipating their desires. With his experience managing the local MLS and partnering with subscribers and vendors to create win-win solutions, he is uniquely positioned to fight for the same results for his clients.
With prior professional experience in media (film, theater, music, television and radio), technology, education and marketing, Rob has skills that translate incredibly well to helping people buy and sell real estate. From knowledge of tools and techniques, to education and negotiation, he has the experience to get the job done. Rob continually updates his knowledge through education in order to help his clients make the most-informed decisions. He has earned numerous professional designations and certifications, and he most recently launched his new company, Done Right Real Estate.
Rob cares about his community, and is passionate about education. He has served as an elected Member of the Board of Education of Pinckney Community Schools (including the position of Vice President). He has also volunteered his time and knowledge with the K-6 Curriculum Cabinet, the Country Elementary School Improvement Team, the Country Elementary Parent Advisory Team, and the Country Elementary PTO (formerly as co-vice president). He has served as vice president of his neighborhood’s homeowners association and as a volunteer youth soccer coach.
Rob is also an ordained minister and wedding officiant.
